Dancing On Ice is set to make UK TV history, by beating rivals Strictly Come Dancing to become the first TV dance show to feature a same-sex couple.
Despite not yet being officially confirmed by the programme's producers, it's rumoured that Ian ‘H’ Watkins will be partnered with Matt Evers on the upcoming series.
The 43-year-old former Steps star, who is openly gay, reportedly made the request himself to be partnered with a male professional, with the show's production team said to be "fully supportive" of the idea.
H is set to be partnered with American Matt, also 43, who's been skating on the show since it began in 2006 and came out as gay in 2018.
The Dancing On Ice pairs will officially be revealed in a special Christmas edition, ahead of the series premiere in January.
The new series will be hosted by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, with John Barrowman replacing Jason Gardiner on the judging panel.
