Gender-fluid drag queen and Ru Paul’s Drag Race 2017 winner Sasha Velour presents her first one-queen show at Birmingham’s The Alexandra on Monday.
An effortless blend of drag, visual art and magic, the internationally acclaimed Smoke & Mirrors features 13 dazzling and genre-busting lip-synch performances, all choreographed and directed by the queen herself, fans get to discover a whole new side of the Drag Race winner’s artistry.
Expect to be on the edge of your seat as she explodes into rose petals, vanishes in a puff of smoke, saws herself in half, conjures a rainstorm and even transforms into a tree in front of your very eyes.
Sasha Velour: Smoke & Mirrors shows at The Alexandra, Birmingham, on Monday 2 March.
