Manchester Pride’s Live In Your Living Room series of Friday-night shows will tomorrow (29 May) see Queer womxn take over the LGBTQ+ charity’s social streaming channels with DJ sets and dance performances.

The charity, which has previously supported the region's iconic drag performers as part of its lockdown content, is now shining a light on the community’s female talent.

The show will feature four DJ sets, each accompanied by performances from dancers J and Ivy Profemme. The featured DJs will be Mix-Stress of RebeccaNeverBecky (pictured), Jungle Julia, Black Betty and NIMMO.

Commenting, Manchester Pride Chief Executive Mark Fletcher said; “Manchester Pride Live In Your Living Room is designed to shine a light on the incredible talent Greater Manchester has to offer. This week it’s a bit of a rave, thanks to the womxn who love to get people dancing. We’ve curated a show packed full of eclectic queer music, with dance performances to complement it. Tune in and dance around your living room with LGBTQ+ people everywhere.

“We are constantly working to develop our offering for different groups within the LGBTQ+ community, and the work we do with women in the community is vital.”

The performances will be hosted on Manchester Pride’s YouTube at 8pm tomorrow night.
