Nottingham: CCTV images released after homophobic comment and jaw-breaking attack

CCTV images have been released of two men following what’s believed by police to have been a homophobic assault in Nottingham city centre.


The attack occurred at around 6am on Sunday 26 May on Maid Marian Way.

A homophobic comment was made to the victim in Friar Lane before he was attacked. The assault which followed left him with a broken jaw. 


Police want to speak to the two men pictured as they may have information that could help with the investigation. 

Anyone who recognises them, or has any information that could help the enquiry, is asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 177 of May 26, 2019, or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
