It’s had its ups and downs over the past 10 years, but Leicester Pride is now going from strength to strength!
This year, in celebration of the festival’s 10th anniversary, the organisers have pulled out all the stops to bring yet another massive party to the city’s picturesque Victoria Park.
As usual, the whole shebang begins with a colourful walking parade that snakes through the city’s streets. The procession terminates at the festival grounds, where a day of partying then begins. On-stage highlights include appearances by Livin Joy and La Voix. The Nightingale’s Robbie Lewis closes the event with out-there artistic drag collective Glitter SH*T.
Saturday 1 September - Victoria Park, Leicester.
