Hit musical Dreamgirls will spend Christmas in Birmingham next year as part of its first ever UK tour.
Featuring classic songs And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going, Listen and One Night Only, the version of the show that will be taking to the road next year premiered in the West End in December 2016, 35 years after the original production opened on Broadway.
The show tells the story of Effie, Lorrell and Deena - aka The Dreams - three talented young singers in the turbulent America of the 1960s whose musical rollercoaster ride through a world of fame, fortune and the ruthless realities of showbusiness tests their friendship to the very limit.
Dreamgirls shows at the Alexandra Theatre from 8 December 2020 - 2 January 2021.
