Beverley Knight to headline Brum Bar Pride line-up

International actress and recording artist, Beverley Knight, is set to perform at Eden Bar as the headlining artist over the Birmingham Pride weekend.


Beverley Knight MBE performs live at the award-winning Eden Bar on Sunday 27 May.

Also appearing at the venue over the Pride weekend is Katrina (of the Waves), and I’m a Celeb star Jake Quickenden, on the Saturday and ‘80s pop group Tight Fit and Five Star vocalist Denise Pearson on the Sunday.


Widely labeled as one of Britain’s greatest soul singers, Knight is best known for hits such as ‘Shoulda Woulda Coulda’, ‘Piece of My Heart’ and ‘Get Up!’.

She has also acted on the West End stage in coveted roles such as Rachel Marron in the hit stage production of The Bodyguard, as well as Grizabella in the revival of Cats.


Other artists to appear on the Eden’s stage include Mary Mac, Danny Beard, Brenda LeBeau, Fanny Burns, La Voix, The Sundaes, KY Kelly, Vicki Vivaciousl and The Fluerettes.
