Aston Villa’s LGBT supporters group to host special Empower Your Pride event this Thursday

Aston Villa Football Club’s official LGBT+ Allies Supporters Group, Villa & Proud, is hosting an Empower Your Pride event this Thursday (27 February between 6 & 8.30pm). 


The event is being held to mark LGBT+ History Month and Football v Homophobia Month Of Action.
Empower Your Pride will feature a panel discussion and a Q&A to discuss homophobia in football and the role that everybody can play in making football more inclusive.

Supported by Gowling WLG, Aston Villa Football Club and the AVFC Foundation, the evening will also provide opportunities for networking over light refreshments.
