Domestic Violence Integrated Response Project (DVIRP)
Domestic Violence Helpline  - Open 10am-9pm Mon-Thurs, 10am-4:30pm Fri, 10am-2:30pm Sat and 12pm-3pm Sun
The Helpline is ran by a dedicated team of specially trained volunteers.
Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA’s) – A team of specialists who provide crisis interventions to high risk victims of domestic violence including additional security, attending solicitors appointments and assisting victims with house moves or remaining in their homes.
Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) – A specialist who will support a victim of rape or sexual assault, whether past or present to ensure that the victim is safe and well.
LGBT Support Worker – Providing specialist support to the LGB&T community.
Additional Security Keepsafe (ASK)- Providing additional security such as window alarms and door locks in victims homes allowing them to remain in their property safely.
Leicester Evidence Network Scheme (LENS) – Victims who have been asualted or physically abused can come to a non police environment and have photographs taken of their injuries, these photos can be stored for up to 10years and used as evidence if the victim descides to prosecute at a later date.

The Piccadilly Project offers a free counselling service for all sorts of LGB related issues.
Including; stress, depression, the loss of a loved one, relationship problems, coming out, abuse, rape or general worries about your sexual health.

Operates from the Leicester LGBT Centre, with trained volunteers providing information, advice, support and a listening ear. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.30-10pm.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans Young Persons’ Project
The project works with young people aged 11-25 who may identify as LGBT or be exploring their sexuality or gender identity.  We offer a safe and confidential space for young people to socialise, seek support and get involved in social and personal education opportunities.
“Outburst” is the youth service provision for LGBT young people, providing a weekly group for lgb young people, and fortnightly group meetings for mainly T young people in large youth-focussed city centre buildings. LGBT staff will also meet young people on a 1-2-1 provision, and provide advocacy, support and access to other relevant services.
