WHY YOGA ?

Health and well being is the key and there is no doubt that you will reap the rewards from your first class.

Stress and tension are eased as the mind focuses on the breath and the practice.

Matty's classes will introduce students to breathing techniques, flowing sun salutations..., posture work and relaxation. “Yogic sleep”” at the end of class will leave you feeling de-stressed and refreshed.

Birmingham Bluefins is the water polo team of Moseley Shoals. We play for fun, and our sessions are designed to ensure everyone enjoys themselves, whether they've played before, or are completely new to the sport. Wednesday sessions start with a fun warm up, and then a quick and simple run through the rules of the game, before we get down to playing. If you enjoy it, and want to improve your game, we also now offer a monthly Tuesday session – first Tuesday of each month only – where you can train and play in a deep water pool. Just bring swim kit and a towel.

We play Water Polo on Wednesdays at Small Heath Leisure Centre (20:30-21:30), and the first Tuesday of each month at Stetchford Cascades (21:15-22:15), with a social drink after both sessions. Call 0121 346 1522 for further info, or visit our website.
